The Accu-DME program was built with California Medi-Cal requirements and UPN Codes in mind. The software is compatible with State, Federal, and 3rd party payers. No other software billing program in the market today comes preloaded with hundreds of “real” products and are linked to Medicare and Medi-Cal pricing and codes. Our user friendly software program allows your company to start billing transactions the very same day of installation. Simply enter the customer’s information, referring doctor, prescribed products, and your ready to create an order to bill.

We also wanted a program that was easy for you to understand and use. Most programs come blank or with generic products, leaving you to enter ALL of the information. It can take many weeks to get all of your products entered, coded to the insurance, insurance companies and much more before you can even enter your first customer. Our program comes preloaded with several manufactures and their products (for a list go to the Accu-DME tab), Medicare DMERCs, Medi-Cal, and several other insurance plans, vendors with their base cost for products, and most all other areas where you can enter information.
